Job Description
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上工作经历，可接受日本常驻工作生活；
2、精通日语，英文良好，能与国外客户流利且高效沟通；
3、了解医疗器械相关法规标准及产品认证注册标准流程、有相关医疗产品日本市场销售经验尤佳；
4、具备一定管理能力、营销意识和市场敏感度，能够快速响应市场变化；
5、对海外销售有热情，执行力强，有良好的学习能力、沟通协调能力和团队合作能力；
6、熟悉国际贸易和外贸单证操作等全套业务流程，了解国际市场相关政策、法规、公约及惯例。
- Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or above working experience, can accept Japan resident working life;
- Proficient in Japanese, good English, can communicate with foreign customers fluently and efficiently;
- Knowledge of medical device related regulations and standards and product certification and registration standards process, relevant medical product sales experience in the Japanese market is preferred;
- Have certain management ability, marketing awareness and market sensitivity, able to quickly respond to market changes;
- Passionate about overseas sales, strong execution, good learning ability, communication and coordination skills and teamwork ability;
- familiar with international trade and foreign trade documents operation and other full set of business processes, understanding of the international market related policies, regulations, conventions and practices. 岗位职责：
1、根据集团发展战略设立日本office，办理相关注册手续及日常运营管理工作；
2、根据公司战略目标，协助产品认证准入、开展市场调研、寻找合适的销售渠道；
3、掌握销售方案和市场趋势，推动公司产品在海外市场的销售；
4、维护客户关系，跟进客户订单，并管理客户信息。
- Establish the Japanese office according to the group's development strategy, handle the relevant registration procedures and daily operation and management;
- According to the company's strategic objectives, assist in product certification access, conduct market research, and find suitable sales channels;
- Master the sales program and market trends, promote the sales of the company's products in overseas markets;
