Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and experienced roofers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and replace roofing systems, including single ply membranes, shingles, and metal.
Inspect roofs to determine damage, leaks, and necessary repairs.
Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.
Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a roofer or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various roofing materials, techniques, and tools.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights safely.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus.
Roofing industry certifications are a plus.
