About the Role
Join the Trust and Safety team as a Content Moderator , where you will review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, terms of service, and policy standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can make quick, thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content across multiple platforms to identify compliance issues and policy violations.
- Support policy creation, outgoing communication, and team-wide learning and development initiatives.
- Handle escalations from users, vendors, and external partners regarding moderation decisions.
- Collaborate with Trust and Safety leadership on data-related requests and projects across multiple issue verticals.
- Maintain detailed documentation of decisions and ensure all processes meet compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 1–3 years in trust & safety, content moderation, policy writing, public policy, policy operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with sensitive or high-risk content in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Meet, and collaboration tools such as Atlassian/Jira and Slack.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to distill complex issues into clear action plans.
Team-oriented mindset and quick learner.
