\n - Research intern topics: Conduct in-depth research on various safety and health related subjects pertinent to the company's operations.
\n - Audit facility practices for compliance: Regularly inspect facilities and practices to ensure they comply with safety policies and regulations.
\n - Review and develop safety policies and training programs: Evaluate existing safety and health policies, create new ones, and develop training programs to address programs to address safety training needs.
\n - Investigate safety incidents and assist in corrective action plans: Work with the management team to determine the root cause of safety incidents and develop action plans to eliminate hazards.
\n - Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with safety programs: Increase safety and health awareness through memos, postings, training programs, and ensure adherence to PPE, Food Safety, and other regulations.
