Job Description

*Description* The Application Specialist is the primary technical resource in IT Services responsible for the administration and daily support of assigned applications. They configure, enhance, troubleshoot, and report from these applications, serving as a liaison between IT Services and other departments. Verita Telecommunications is implementing a new project management and production tracking system to improve project planning, tracking, and reporting. The system, SiteTracker, is built on the Salesforce platform. The Application Specialist will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying this system, working with stakeholders to optimize and promote adoption. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process design, automation, integration, and technical troubleshooting. *Skills* Apex Salesforce Development Administration Sitetracker *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Technical support for Sitetracker and Salesforce users, resolving issues related to project tracking and user configuration with a 100% first-contact resolution rate. Development and maintenance of Sitetracker templates and workflows to streamline project management. User profile, role, and permission management to ensure security and compliance. Customization of Salesforce applications, including objects, fields, and layouts. Data management using Data Loader, ensuring data integrity. Automation of business processes via workflows, process builders, and flows. Creation of reports and dashboards for operational insights. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce communities and AppExchange applications. Proficiency in Salesforce setup, configuration, customization, and data migration tools. Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Azure DevOps. Development of Apex triggers, classes, batch, and scheduled Apex. User training and support to maximize platform adoption. Collaboration with development teams to troubleshoot bugs and improve system reliability. Management of integrations between Sitetracker and other enterprise systems. Documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
