Job Description:
- At least 12+ years of solid SAP business process knowledge and business process blueprinting experience working with utilities service processes.
- SME knowledge in SAP Utilities sub-modules (e.g.DM/Billing/Invoicing/FICA/CS/WM).
- Should be very comfortable with the configurations of ISU Billing/Invoicing & FICA modules.
- Should be conversant in the SAP S/4HANA for Utilities and roadmap.
- Understanding/defining client requirements & provide right Solution design.
- Perform Fit gap analysis on the existing solution.
- Effort estimation for large and complex utility solutions
- Good presentation skills including the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to the client.
- The candidate must have strong communications skills, the ability to communicate and influence at all levels and proven leadership skills.
Customer service process improvements in Utility industry this is a must to have
