We are looking for a reliable Scale Operator to manage weighing operations at our salvage yard. This role ensures accurate recording of materials, efficient customer service, and smooth workflow at the yard.

Responsibilities:
-Operate scales to weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles and materials.
-Record and maintain accurate weight data in the system.
-Inspect loads for proper materials and ensure compliance with yard policies.
-Communicate with customers regarding weight tickets, pricing, and procedures.
-Manage cash and payment transactions as required.

Requirements:
-Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
