Scrum master- Canada (Remote)

Role: Scrum master

Location: CANADA (Remote)
Visa Status: CANADA Work permit/Citizen/PR
Pay Rate: $55 - $65/hr
Travel: Not Required

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management and ensure team understanding of tasks
• Help identify and remove team roadblocks or escalate issues when needed
• Promote Agile principles and encourage team collaboration and self-organization
• Track progress using tools like Jira, and maintain Scrum artifacts such as burndown charts and sprint backlog
• Assist with reporting, team coordination, and continuously learning Agile/Scrum best practices
