Job Description

TalentoHC is partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to support financial planning and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze medical and pharmacy claims trends for Medicare/Medicaid
• Develop risk adjustment models for revenue, cost, and utilization forecasting
• Support financial planning through actuarial modeling and risk assessments
• Utilize SQL to manage and analyze large datasets
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to drive cost savings and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics, or related field
• 3-5 years of actuarial/statistical experience, preferably in health insurance (Medicare)
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• ASA designation preferred
