MDM Analyst Location: Tampa, FL (onsite) Compensation: $55.00 Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm Responsibilities: Support ERP migration efforts by mapping, organizing, and harmonizing data across diverse platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements, understand existing data sources, and deliver actionable data solutions. Conduct extensive data mapping to create a comprehensive enterprise view. Ensure accurate reference data management and master data management to maintain data quality and consistency. Define data structures and create hierarchies to support business objectives. Develop and maintain data dictionaries and definitions, translating technical data into business terms. Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in an enterprise data and analytics environment. Proven experience in data mapping and aligning data across multiple systems. Strong skills in reference data management or master data management (MDM). Ability to integrate and map data into an enterprise-level view. Preferred Skills and Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly data migration to ERP. Experience with SAP and working knowledge of customer and vendor master data.
