Overview: We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer/Architect to join our dynamic team. This critical role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 development, with expertise in CRM customization, Power Platform, and Azure integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for enterprise-level applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Dynamics 365, including CRM customization and configuration.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development, with a strong emphasis on CRM customization and configuration.
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and leveraging its capabilities to improve business processes.
- Experience with Azure integrations and cloud-based architecture.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and data model.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex solutions across multiple technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
