About the Role

We're looking for a Senior IT Audit Manager to join our high-performing Risk & Compliance team. Youll be instrumental in ensuring our systems, controls, and infrastructure scale securely and responsibly. You'll lead the charge on IT audit strategy, execution, and innovationworking cross-functionally to create a best-in-class control environment across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data privacy, and enterprise technology.

This role is high-impact, highly visible, and deeply integrated into the fabric of our growth. Youll work directly with senior leadership, influence decision-making, and help shape the companys future from the inside out.

What Youll Do

• Lead and execute IT audits across critical systems and infrastructure
• Partner with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to assess risk and implement scalable controls
• Drive SOX ITGC compliance and readiness, including scoping, testing, and remediation
• Evaluate cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.) for security posture and control effectiveness
• Champion continuous improvement, automation, and audit innovation
• Provide advisory support on systems implementations, data governance, and emerging risks
• Present findings and insights to leadership and help prioritize risk mitigation strategies

What Were Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in IT Audit, Risk, or Compliance (Big 4 or high-growth tech preferred)
• Deep knowledge of ITGCs, SOX, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
• Experience working with cloud-native environments, modern stacks, and fast-moving teams
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
• CISA, CISSP, or similar certifications a plus
• Curious, adaptable, and energized by building
