The RoleThis dynamic position combines creativity and leadership , allowing you to shape extraordinary spaces while mentoring designers and collaborating closely with clients. As a Senior Interior Designer , you will take projects from initial concept through execution, ensuring impeccable quality, compelling design narratives, and seamless coordination.
Responsibilities✔️ Lead design projects from concept through construction, ensuring excellence at every stage.
✔️ Manage multiple projects , balancing creativity with technical precision.
✔️ Mentor junior and intermediate designers , fostering professional growth within the team.
✔️ Build strong client relationships through clear communication and thoughtful design solutions.
✔️ Develop and refine design concepts , sourcing materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project narratives.
✔️ Oversee project schedules , ensuring smooth coordination and on-time delivery.
✔️ Prepare design specifications using Fohlio or similar software.
What We’re Looking For🔹 Experience : 7-10 years in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interior design .
🔹 Technical Expertise : Strong Revit proficiency required; additional skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and rendering software are a plus.
🔹 Design & Presentation Skills : Exceptional graphic presentation and storytelling abilities .
🔹 Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects , coordinate teams, and meet deadlines.
🔹 Communication : Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills .
🔹 Mindset : Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about design excellence.
