The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing and optimizing Jira to enhance workflow efficiency and support enterprise-wide initiatives. Responsibilities As the Senior Jira Administrator, you will configure and manage projects, workflows, issue types and screen settings. Develop and maintain custom fields, schemas and permission structures. Administer user accounts, roles and access permissions. Ensure security compliance and adherence to organizational policies.
