MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT: As a Senior Principal Directory Services Architect, the work youll do at GDIT will be impactful to the customers mission. You will play a crucial role in delivering advanced solutions and strategic insight to optimize the customers enterprise environment.
- Proven expertise in managing, monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and updating directory services and hybrid authentication systems.
- Provide expertise in managing complex identity, access, authentication, and centralized resource management systems and platforms.
- Autonomously handle and resolve technical issues, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of directory services.
- Proficient in using automation and orchestration for streamlined maintenance and monitoring of directory services systems.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the directory services environment.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Experience may be substituted for education.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in directory services architecture and management.
- Strong understanding of system security, authentication protocols, and access control methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure/AWS Admin, Azure/AWS Security, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, MCSE).
Essential Requirements
- Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Top Secret and SCI eligible.
- Location: Onsite.
- US Citizenship required.
- DoD 8140 IAT II compliant.

- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40.
- Travel Required: Less than 10%.

Salary
Likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000, though actual compensation may vary based on experience, geographic location and contractual requirements.
