Job Description

Zendesk’s award-winning Product Marketing team is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing: Contact Center to help drive Zendesk’s GTM and product initiatives. This role supports various functions including research, messaging, positioning, GTM support, enablement, and cross-organizational partnership to achieve company goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and product, working closely with senior leaders and global teams across time zones. This role involves hands-on work and requires effective communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop insights into markets, customers, key buyers, and competitors.
  2. Use market research to craft differentiated messaging and positioning.
  3. Create sales enablement assets based on research insights.
  4. Innovate and improve deliverables and processes.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate cross-functionally.
  6. Partner with Product teams for feature launches, roadmap updates, and GTM materials.
  7. Develop and execute marketing strategies in coordination with various teams.
  8. Support long-range planning and regional programs.
  9. Maintain alignment with internal departments like Product, Finance, IT, and HR.
  10. Prepare strategic updates and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned, including competitive analysis and messaging.

Skills and Experience:

  1. 8+ years in Product Marketing, preferably in CCaaS or enterprise contact center software.
  2. Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
  3. Understanding of the contact center industry and customer service platforms.
  4. Excellent storytelling skills.
  5. Analytical, detail-oriented, with quick insight generation.
  6. Ability to engage with senior leadership effectively.
  7. Willingness to support execution beyond strategy.
  8. Outcome-focused, self-motivated, and customer-centric.
  9. BA/BS or equivalent.

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with AWS and Amazon Connect.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $148,000 - $222,000, with potential bonuses and incentives. Compensation depends on experience, capabilities, and location. This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring attendance at the local office part of the week, with specific schedules to be determined by the manager.
