A leading General Contractor in West Palm Beach is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering high-rise residential or mixed-use developments from ground-up. This role offers the opportunity to lead landmark projects in one of Florida’s fastest-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of high-rise construction projects (20+ stories), from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams
• Serve as primary liaison between ownership, architects, engineers, and the internal team
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards
• Lead and mentor Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and field staff

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3+ years managing high-rise projects
• Proven success delivering projects $50M+ in value
• Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes and permitting processes
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and construction scheduling software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
