We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce implementations, business analysis, and Agile methodologies. This individual will play a key role in translating business needs into Salesforce technology solutions, with a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functional flow.
The Salesforce Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage system integrations, and ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis and Administration: Understand business needs and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform. Create and maintain documentation of project requirements, processes, and system functionality.
Requirements Gathering: Facilitate and document detailed functional, technical, and data requirements using Agile Scrum methodologies. Create user stories and maintain project artifacts.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Guide the development team and ensure project deliverables align with business expectations.
System Integration: Coordinate the integration of Salesforce with external systems such as ERPs, CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications.
User Training and Adoption: Develop training programs to ensure proper usage and adoption of Salesforce solutions across teams. Provide ongoing support and guidance.
Reporting & Dashboards: Create reports and dashboards for teams and stakeholders to provide visibility into Salesforce usage and business performance.
Salesforce Configuration: Manage custom configurations and support applications built using the Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework.
Experience: Over 10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and user story development. At least 8 years of experience as a business analyst in Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform.
Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and third-party application integrations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Apex Programming, Flows, LWC, SOQL, and data migrations.
