🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and behavioral interviews
• Present qualified candidates and support hiring managers through the selection process
• Manage the offer process including drafting and negotiating offers
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Represent the organization at job fairs, networking, and hiring events
• Ensure compliance and documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

✅ Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across various job functions
• Strong sourcing skills with a proven ability to engage passive talent
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience advising and collaborating with hiring managers
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to travel locally up to 30%
