This construction company is depended on to supply General Contracting, Construction Management, Design/Build, Preconstruction and Self Performance services to commercial, corporate, Healthcare, and Pubic housing markets.

Skilled Carpenter job in
Lewiston, Maine is responsible for people to assist with installation of foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials. You'll have a solid understanding of Commercial Construction, such as installing windows, doors and their hardware, Interior finish work to include cabinet installation as well as, erecting scaffolding and ladders. This is a full-time position assisting in all phases of construction..
Skilled Carpenter Qualifications: - High School Graduate/Technical Degree/Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Construction
- Proficiency with wood framed construction and finish work
- Provide own hand tools; Use effectively and safely
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines
- Work with limited supervision and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel within the State of Maine
- Ability to Stand or Walk for extended periods of time, Lift 25-50 lbs w/ good body mechanics, good vision with color discrimination and depth perception
