Are you passionate about beauty, hair trends, and creating scroll-stopping content? We're looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to grow and manage our salons online presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more!

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar tailored to salon services and promotions

• Create engaging photo and video content (Reels, Stories, Before/After transformations, Tutorials, etc.)

• Work with stylists to showcase their work and highlight client transformations

• Respond to DMs, comments, and messages in a friendly and professional manner

• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant ones into our strategy

• Collaborate with the salon team to promote events, offers, and new services

• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers) and adjust strategy accordingly
