Social Media Manager
Location: Los Angeles (Fully Remote)
Salary: $90,000-$110,000

Due to rapid growth and investment, the opportunity to recruit a Social Media Manager has arisen to strengthen their brand’s presence across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content and drive impactful strategies that expand their reach and influence.
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to grow our presence on Instagram as well as supplemental strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and TikTok Shop.
- Manage the content calendar to keep our feed fresh, on-brand, and engaging.
- Post and schedule content across all social media platforms
- Analyze performance data, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Organize and moderate live events, such as product launches and expert Q&A sessions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, ideally within the food, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
- Expertise in creating engaging content for Instagram
- A creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
- The ability to interpret social media data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A self starter with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a love for connecting with an online audience.
