Strong UX and design sensibilities, and a desire to sweat the small stuff. Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices. Experience building and debugging complex systems in a collaborative team environment. Problem-solving ability around an unfamiliar codebase, using tools like Eclipse or IntelliJ to understand a complex ecosystem. Experience with Design Systems. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy. Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative independently, learn quickly, and meet deadlines.
