Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and aggressive Software Sales Representative with experience in selling SaaS platforms, specifically in the areas of Human Resources, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Payroll software. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that contribute to the company's growth in the Jupiter, Hobe Sound, and West Palm Beach areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and generate leads within the assigned region through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultations tailored to prospective clients' business needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in small to mid-sized businesses.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by closing deals with prospective clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of ATS OnDemand's software, its features, and its competitive advantages.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products, with a focus on Applicant Tracking, Human Resources, or Payroll platforms.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven success in software sales, preferably in SaaS, Human Resources, Applicant Tracking, or Payroll platforms.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong knowledge of HR technology, hiring processes, and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, aggressive, and goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of leads in the designated region.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
