The World Economic Forum is recruiting a Specialist, Investor Engagement for the Humanitarian and Resilience Investing initiative. The role is based in New York or Geneva, starting July 2025 through March 2027, requiring onsite work 3 days per week. The position reports to the Project Lead of the Humanitarian and Resilience Investing Initiative and involves managing strategic relations with philanthropic, development finance, and investing industries to foster collaboration in frontier markets. Responsibilities include project design to facilitate collaboration opportunities, community management of senior stakeholders, events management, and content curation including thought leadership and investment pipeline management. The candidate will be assessed on relationship building, creativity in thematic collaboration, contribution to team strategy, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of relevant experience, understanding of impact investing, ability to manage global communities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms. The role offers an annual salary range of $80,000-$85,000 in New York and is not eligible for US work authorization support.
