Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide speech-language pathology services for a K-12 school setting in the Longmont, CO area. This contract role involves supporting students with communication disorders across various age groups in accordance with district standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
  • Manage a caseload averaging 25-45 students, adjusting according to school assignments
  • Participate in professional development opportunities provided by the district
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to implement effective intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and licensing regulations
  • Attend school events and meetings as required in an on-site capacity

Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
  • Active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification
  • Completed 8-week school-based clinical fellowship rotation if applicable
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday on-site
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to follow district professional development schedules
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred but new graduates with supervision available may be considered

Location and Schedule:

  • Longmont, Colorado
  • Full-time contract position during the academic calendar year
  • Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Start date early January through mid-May
