Re‑focus all content on the new YCP website, emphasizing audience relevance and value proposition. Enhance the YCP brand through targeted content to increase engagement across social channels. Create vertical‑targeted social, organic, and pay‑per‑click campaigns that drive leads (e.g., recruiting, sales, software platforms). Craft headlines and copy for collateral and sales presentations (digital and print). Develop mission, vision, value propositions, positioning statements, competitive advantages, and brand stories. Write engaging, audience‑focused content for websites, social media, email newsletters, PPC ads, and blogs. Optimize web content for search engine performance and keyword ranking. Create conversion‑focused landing page copy and manage PPC (e.g., Google AdWords) campaigns. Maintain social media channels to boost brand awareness and generate new leads. Analyze and report ROI on campaign performance, including SEO, PPC, and social media. Collaborate with the video team to develop scripts that align with brand messaging. Perform editorial review of content pieces, advertising messages, and video scripts. Qualifications 3+ years of agency experience in copywriting. Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field. Inbound marketing certification. Skills Conceptual thinking and analytical problem solving.
