Sr. Manager, Children's Crisis Mobile Response Program CPC is actively recruiting for an innovative and dynamic leader who is passionate about improving the lives of children and families. This person will oversee the overall operations of the Children's Mobile Response in Monmouth County. This community crisis program operates 24/7/365 and supports a strengths-based approach in its work. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, for the Children's Crisis Mobile Response Program - Monmouth County. The ideal candidate must possess: Experience working with children and families experiencing behavioral, emotional, or psychiatric challenges. Experience in settings such as ERs, mobile crisis programs, inpatient, or intensive level programming for children and adolescents. Comfort working in the community is a critical component of the position. Qualifications: LCSW license (mandatory) At least 7 years of experience as a clinical supervisor, with at least two years involving administrative duties such as scheduling, hiring, and quality management activities. Ability to train and supervise staff in a community setting. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. A sense of humor and the ability to work independently are also important.
