Job Description

Our client is a Real Estate Investment Company with a Diversified Multi-Billion Dollar portfolio, and they are looking to hire a new Sr. Real Estate Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• The main goal is to analyze real estate investment opportunities and projects with a focus on Residential Real Estate and Mixed-Use Projects.
• Responsible for managing projections for assets
• Develop financial models, Interpret data and analysis on transactions and market trends
• Analyze projects/properties and communicate results
• Work with Executive Management directly
• Structuring and modeling real estate investments and acquisitions
• Ad hoc Analysis/Financings/support SVP
• Historical and forecast data
• Future deal/new business evaluation and roll-ups
• Debt analysis
• Investor analysis
• Using accounting reports to provide high level analysis
• Modeling for budgets/forecasts
• Prepare finance packages and data

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Real Estate

Must have strong Excel Modeling skills
