Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accounts Payable Management
    • Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
    • Ensure timely and accurate coding and entry of invoices into Bill.com.
    • Ensure all credit card activity has been processed through Bill.com with supporting invoices.
    • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
    • Maintain vendor records and W-9s and ensure accuracy of vendor information.
    • Maintain login information for multiple vendors across different entities using 1Password.
    • Reconcile all Bill.com clearing accounts in Sage Intacct monthly.
    • Reconcile AP general ledger balance to vendor aging report monthly for each entity.
    • 1099 processing including W-9 administration, vendor setup and annual filings.
  2. General Accounting Support
    • Download, record, and reconcile all bank and credit card accounts.
    • Maintain accounting inbox for multiple entities.
    • Scan and file physical mail for the accounting department.
    • Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
    • Electronically file support for all bank deposits.
    • Maintain up to date process notes with project management tool Asana.
    • Assist with journal entries and month end close as requested.
  3. Ad Hoc Reporting and Projects
    • Supports leadership with ad-hoc financial reporting requests and special accounting/finance projects
Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance and accounting preferred
Skills and Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledgeable of basic accounting principles, chart of accounts, and financial statements
  • Proficient in excel
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Bill.com, Sage Intacct experience a plus, but not required
