What You Need to Know

Dir Personal Care Clinical Responsibilities:

 

  • Represent specialty health programs in all company policy discussions and corporate level committees and task forces that relate to specialty program activities and concerns. Assist in the development of AccentCare goals, objectives, priorities, and policy direction recommendations for considerations by the Chief Clinical Officer. Work in close collaboration with AccentCare partners and assure alignment as needed.
  • Participate in AccentCare meetings, leading all discussions for specialty health programs. Represent AccentCare in all care related activities and activities related to revenue and expenditure for services. Develop recommendations for contracts for projects, programs, and services.
  • Develop and lead the process for all requests for proposal as directed by the VP of Clinical Services and the Chief Clinical Officer. Monitor field activities and provide reports to VP of Clinical Services and Chief Clinical officer.
  • Work with local Executive Directors to implement specialty health programs, train local clinicians and marketing personnel. Oversight and development of specialty health clinicians concerning the payer processes and reports.
  • Manage and lead all staff in support of the specialty health programs. Conduct meetings with physicians and other prospective clients and build solid working relationships with various stakeholders. Prepare presentations and present information.
  • Manage and lead all specialty health program projects to meet the goals and objectives established by, and in accordance with, company policies, contracts and applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Dir Personal Care Clinical Qualifications:

    • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with a Bachelor Degree in a related field of study. Master Degree in nursing or health related field preferred.
    • Minimum two years full-time experience or equivalent in practice as a RN in inpatient or outpatient health setting. Four years of experience is preferred.
    • Valid Drives License Required
    • Knowledge of principles and applications of nursing and rehabilitation; Knowledge of business and regulatory concepts including licensing rules, Conditions of Participations and accreditation standards for home and community health.
