$250,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr

Compensation

• Senior: $200K$240K cash comp
• Staff+: $250K$400K+ cash comp

Depends on the team but you can expect top of the line benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

While each company is different, most roles share a few core themes:

• Building and scaling backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines
• Integrate AI models into production
• Designing and shipping product features with a small, fast-moving team
• Contributing across the stack, especially in React/Next, Node.js/TypeScript, and Python
• Writing clean, maintainable code in a modern cloud-native environment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP)
