Staff UX Researcher Sales Cycle (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced, passionate Staff UX researcher at a large, global B2B Software company. This role will drive research that shapes our sales organization's experiences, use mixed methods to uncover insights, influence product strategy, and improve seller workflows through AI-driven innovation.

This is a 6-month project (extension possible), 40 hours per week. Remote in the US.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Advocate for sales employees' needs across the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights.
- Communicate findings through engaging storytelling that shapes strategy and roadmaps.
- Champion UX research across the organization and collaborate with designers, product managers, and other researchers to create research plans and deliverables to inform product decisions.
- Mentor team members on research methods, oversee research projects and provide feedback on the quality of plans, guides, and reports to ensure the delivery of actionable recommendations that influence design and development.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience leading and conducting research utilizing a variety of methodologies, such as user interviews, usability testing, information architecture, surveys, concept testing, data analysis, statistics, benchmarking, etc.
- Expertise in sales, specifically in lead to cash cycle management and AI application. The ideal candidate should have a mixed-methodology background, including qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- They should have experience with sales tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach, and in-house tools
- Should also have experience with agentic AI and understand its potential applications in the sales space.
- should be able to mentor junior team members and engage with stakeholders.
- Experience embedding research into product roadmaps and applying customer-centered research techniques to product definitions and designs to drive measurable improvements.
- Expertise in applying customer-centered research techniques to product definition and designs.
- Ability to thrive in complex environments, navigate ambiguity, and work independently.
- Expertise in planning and conducting research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies, such as user interviews, usability testing, information architecture, surveys, concept testing, data analysis, statistical analysis, and benchmarking.
- Master's degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- A portfolio showcasing research impact, methodologies, and actionable insights.

Compensation: $80/hr - $95/hr
