What You'll Do:
  • Conduct intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork for patients.
  • Document patient progress through counseling and group interactions.
  • Create individualized treatment plans and psychosocial assessments.
  • Identify and address clinical and case management needs.
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling as needed.
  • Educate patients on treatment, health issues, and recovery steps.
  • Monitor patient activities and ensure a safe environment.
  • Participate in community relations activities and staff meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Actively prepare for surveys and inspections by various agencies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Your Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Experience: While experience in the substance abuse field is preferred, it is not mandatory. A minimum of 500 hours in the field is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Basic mathematics skills.
