Your Role

As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will:

• Engage with patients through individual, group, and family counseling.
• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team to meet the clinical needs of patients.
• Complete intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
• Document patient progress and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide education on treatment and recovery steps.
• Perform at least 20 hours of direct patient contact weekly.

Essential Qualifications

Education/Licensure/Certification: State-specific qualifications as stated in the job posting.
