Swift Coding Expert-Japanese-speaking . In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of the company's project deliverables by managing a dedicated pod of "contributors" who are working on translation tasks and implementing quality improvement initiatives. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing the overall quality of data annotations.
Job Description - Pod Management: Lead and manage a pod of contributors with a primary focus on quality, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Daily Audits: Perform daily audits to assess and enhance the quality of data annotations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Contributor Support: Collaborate with contributors to address and resolve quality-related issues, providing guidance and support as needed
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, project guidelines, and industry best practices
Qualifications - Experience as a Swift Coding expert/IOS Developer
- Strong project management skills with a focus on quality assurance
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with contributors and stakeholders
- Proven ability to analyze data annotation quality metrics and drive improvements
- Fluency in Japanese and English is essential for effective communication and collaboration with the team
- Previous experience in translation is a plus
