Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team. This role is heavily focused on scheduling , ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews
  • Manage complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly
  • Communicate interview logistics clearly and professionally
  • Support recruiters and hiring teams with scheduling-related tasks
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality across scheduling tools and ATS

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong experience with calendar tools , scheduling systems , and ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced changes and multiple scheduling requests
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and professional discretion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–3+ years of experience in a scheduling or recruiting coordination role
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tools like Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.
  • Background in recruitment support or customer service is a plus
