ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team at DE-YAN. You'll support our Director of Creative Services with implementing and maintaining key people processes that keep things running smoothly and help our agency grow.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and problem solver who enjoys working in a supportive role within our creative environment. You should be excited about helping both our people and business thrive while supporting the unique needs of our creative teams. You'll help make sure our talent operations stay organized and flexible as we continue to grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support our Director of Creative Services by matching the right people to the right projects based on skillset, creative opportunity, availability, and business priorities
- Manage internal resourcing platforms and staffing assignments for internal and freelance talent across all departments including design, technology, and production
- Maintain an up-to-date view of internal and freelance availability and proactively flag underutilization, burnout risk, or potential resourcing conflicts
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones with speed and accuracy
- Maintain process documentation to support clarity, consistency, and autonomy
- Assist with drafting and sending freelance contracts
- Occasionally support onboarding practices and documentation in partnership with our Studio Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or project management; agency experience is a plus
- Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary creative environment
