We are looking for a work from home Talent Screener to evaluate and assess candidates, ensuring they meet the qualifications for various job openings. In this role, you will conduct initial screenings, review resumes, and coordinate with recruiters to streamline the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone, email, or video to assess qualifications.
- Review resumes, applications, and LinkedIn profiles to determine candidate fit.
- Communicate with candidates to verify experience, availability, and interest.
- Document candidate information and feedback in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure quality candidate pipelines .
- Provide timely follow-ups and updates to candidates throughout the screening process.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR screening .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate resumes and assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Experience with ATS or recruiting software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR) .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of hiring best practices and recruitment strategies .
- Experience working in high-volume recruiting or staffing agencies .
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (based on experience).
