Partner Opportunity – Tax | Chicago

We’re working with a well-regarded mid-size firm in Chicago that’s looking to bring on an Partner or Senior Attorney as part of a long-term succession plan.

This is a unique and rare opportunity, which we can run through in more detail on a confidential call.

What our client is looking for:

• Someone who can run M&A deals, review credit agreements, and structure partnerships
• Tax controversy experience would be a plus (but not essential)
• A collaborative mindset and interest in building long-term client relationships
• No book required, there’s plenty of existing work to step into
