Overview: We’re looking for a Temp Boutique Assistant to join our team at South Coast Plaza. This role is all about creating smooth operations behind the scenes while offering thoughtful, high-touch support to our team and valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Step in to support the sales team during breaks and busy moments
Answer incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
Help with shipping, receiving, and unpacking merchandise
Carefully package outgoing items for shipment
Tidy and break down boxes, and assist with mall trash disposal
Welcome guests with warmth and offer light refreshments
Provide back-of-house support to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required
Clear communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
Neat, professional appearance and an appreciation for luxury service
Able to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs comfortably
