Job Overview:

We are looking for Transaction Coordinator to review and analyze transaction screening "hits" using the Gyzmos platform. This role supports upcoming technology changes (ISO conversion in March) and increased transaction volumes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a hybrid team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review 1000+ transaction hits per day using the screening platform.
• Maintain high accuracy and meet daily volume targets.
• Work collaboratively with local and offshore teams (India, Philippines).
• Complete 2 weeks of classroom training, followed by 1 week of in-environment training.

Qualifications:

• Financial services or banking experience preferred but not required.
• Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
