Essential Job Functions

• Prepare and audit files for submission to processing
• Ensure files move through processing and closing in a timely manner
• Communicate with Loan Originators on loan status
• Communicate with Processors to make sure all loans are moving through the approval process
• Follow up with customers on outstanding loan documents
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials (after receiving approval from Licensing Department)
• Attend networking events to promote our Company to potential referral partners
• Perform other support or administrative tasks as required

Job Specifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• College degree preferred
• Software competence including loan origination software, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
• At least 1-2 years in Lending field preferred
• Basic understanding of mortgage loan process
