Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Corrections • Day Shift

We're looking for a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Huntsville, Texas. This role involves providing topnotch nursing care in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care as per plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Document care provided.
• Float to different units as needed.

Start Dates: Orientations held on weekends post clearance.

Contract Length: Initial 13 week contract with potential for extension.

Shift: Day shift

Hours per week: 36/48 hour rotation. Schedules notified 2+ weeks in advance.

Overtime: Available based on performance.

Certifications: BLS, IV Therapy Certification.

License: Compact or Texas LVN.

Experience:
• Minimum 1.5 years in highest license held.
• Acute Care/Med Surg/ED experience.
• LTAC, ER, Skilled Nursing, and/or Psych experience preferred.

COVID Vaccine: Required with exemptions accepted.

Compensation: Competitive packages for local and travel assignments.
