NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Auburn, Washington.

Minimum Experience: 2 years of total L&D, 1 year must be LDRP

17 weeks for winter planning

Certifications: BLS, NRP, fetal monitoring

Skills required:

• Strong L&D experience: Needs to do cervical exams, antepartum and labors, amnio infusions: Epidurals, Fetal Monitoring, IVs, Pitocin
• Post-Partum Experience: Need to be comfortable with all aspects of post-Partum care from transition to discharge for mom and baby.
• Circulate C sections (required)
• Scrub experience preferred.
• Baby catching/receiving (required)
• APGAR
• Breastfeeding knowledge

Beds: 20 total; 12 L&D, 8 pp/ap (3 OB/ED rooms, 2 OR); 6 bed level II NICU

Weekend rotation: Every other

No Call

Scrubs: Teal scrubs are provided

Notes: NP on call; Russian/Spanish population- multilingual (preferred)
