Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Evansville, Indiana.

NO LOCAL CANIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Float Requirement: First to float within skillset. Newburgh (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Henderson (KY - 11 miles). 2 HR notice given for cross campus float. Mid-shift float within same campus. Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible. 
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Three weekends out of every six week schedule. Every other holiday.
Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: Must have current active compact license. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS.
Minimum Experience REQUIRED: 3 years of strong Med/Surg, 2 travel assignment, trauma level II experience.
Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required
Skillset: Remote tele, chest tubes, NG/PEG tubes, straight cath/Foleys, ostomies, Heparin drips, blood/blood product administration, tracheostomy are, PCA management. Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills! Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates

Unit Information: 41 beds. Ratio: Days 1:4-5; NOCs 1:6-

 

Shift : 12hr night shift start at 6:30pm
