*What You’ll Be Doing as a Registered Nurs in MedSurg/Telemetry*
* Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs and telemetry data.
* Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Assist patients with recovery and provide emotional support.
* Document patient care accurately and in compliance with hospital policies.
* Educate patients and their families on health conditions and ongoing care needs.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients and staff alike.
*What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Registered Nurse*
* Active RN License.
* Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS preferred.
* A minimum of 2+ years MedSurg/Telemetry experience.
