We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of clinical experience, demonstrates excellent clinical reasoning, and thrives in a fast-paced outpatient environment with a consistent caseload of approximately 12 patients per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• Document patient progress accurately and timely using EMR systems
• Collaborate with referring physicians, clinical staff, and support team
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulatory standards
• Participate in continuing education and clinic improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida (or eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills
• TherapE/NetHealth experience is preferred 

Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with EMR systems and efficient documentation practices
