\nExperience Requirements:
\n1 YR of recent Skilled Home Health PT Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years) (will not accept inpatient exp)
\nCase Load: Adult, 4-5 patients per day
\nCerts REQ: BCLS
\nLicense: Must have WA license
\nOASIS REQUIRED
\n
\nAdditional Notes:
\nTraveler is expected to have their own transportation.
\nSystem does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time.
\nOccasional maximum radius of 100 miles due to territory
\nTimely communication and documentation required
\nDocumentation tools will be provided, and must be returned.
