Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiation Oncology, including:
  • Clinical application of medical physics
  • High Dose Rate (HDR) Brachytherapy
  • Prostate Seed Implants
• Education: Master’s degree in Medical Physics or related field
• Certifications:
  • BLS (required)
  • ACLS (preferred)
  • ABR Certified or Eligible (required)

Responsibilities:

• Provide radiological physics support to the Radiation Oncology department
• Conduct equipment quality assurance/control
• Assist in clinical application of radiation oncology therapies
• Maintain regulatory documentation and compliance
• Support Chief Medical Physicist in all brachytherapy procedures
• Ensure department operations meet state and regulatory standards
